Delete Your Doogo Account

Delete in the app

Open the Doogo app and go to Profile → Settings (gear) → Account → Delete my account. Confirm by typing DELETE. Your account and its data are permanently removed and you are signed out.

If you can't access the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile, username, and account details
• Your direct messages, comments, and reactions
• Your friends, followers, and follow relationships
• Your saved preferences and uploaded images

Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
